Strategy

• Planning: We create a detailed plan of action based on the projects scope, your plan and your technical requirements
• Analysis: We study and analyze the data structures of your existing (old) and the new application

Design

• Profiling: We check the data quality of the old application. We examine the contents of all columns / fields and records of the existing database for any omissions or errors
• Mapping: We create a mapping plan that includes the correlation of data structures between existing and new database, as well as instructions for modifying or cleaning data transfer

Implementation & Verification

• Export: We create data extractions in an intermediate database
• Cleaning: We process the details of the intermediate database in accordance with the instructions of the mapping plan
• Loading: We load data from the intermediate to the new database and we perform tests for any possible omissions or errors
• Verification: We verify and test samplings of the data in the new system by comparing data reports to the old system
